SMITH, William Daniel "Dan" – Peacefully at Hospice Renfrew, on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the age of 74 years.

Dan Smith of Beachburg, loving husband of 30 years to Alison Smith (nee Reid). Dear father of Karyn Smith of Lyndsay, Ontario & Joel Smith of  Ajax, Ontario and dear step-father to Kim Mundy, Oshawa & Pauline Lair (Andre), Pembroke. Caring grandfather to  Jasmine, Hannah, Abigail & Jessie Boeckman; Savannah Smith; Michael & Cameron Hayes and Kailyn & Nathan Lair as well as great-granddaughter Kensie Lair. Will be missed by sister Dianne Garland (late Dave), Toronto; sister-in-law Marguerite Klein (late Leo), Columbus, Ontario; nieces Julie, Karla and Lee Klein as well as great-nieces River & Lyra. Predeceased by parents Clarence & Nancy Smith (nee Bissett) and by brother Paul Smith.
