Wesley Loback

LOBACK, John Wesley “Wes” – passed away peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke on Sunday, November 17, 2019 in his 99th year.

Wes Loback of Pembroke, husband of the late Myrtle Loback (nee Quast, 1993).  Dear father of Weldon (Lorraine), Temiskaming QC; Margaret (Harold Field), Steinbach MB; Grace (David Dahms), Pembroke; Dwight (Janet), Saskatoon SK; Myron (Beth), Pembroke; Audrey (Philip Canning), Moose Jaw SK; Gleason (Wendy), Trenton; Glenn (Barbara), Pembroke; Mark (Donna), Oshawa; Roxanne (Tim Brazeau), Okotoks AB; and Brent (Lori), Pembroke.  Wes was grandfather to 26 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.  Son of the late John & Matilda Loback (nee Bucholtz), and predeceased by brother Alex (1979), and infant siblings George & Elsie.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at Wesley Community Church on Monday at 11:00 a.m.  Interment in Laurentian View Cemetery.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to Wesley Community Church or Northern Canada Evangelical Mission would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
