MEITZ, Werner “Vern” – passed away peacefully at home, on Sunday, October 17, 2021 in his 98th year.

Werner “Vern” Meitz of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Nora Meitz (nee Biederman). Dear father of Lyndon Meitz (Shelley) of Pembroke. Cherished Papa to Mya Macpherson (Stuart) & Alexa Meitz. Step-grandpa to Kristianna & Matthew Videto. Son of the late William & Marie-Louise Meitz (nee Saar). Pre-deceased by siblings Alma Wodtke (late Erwin), Adolph Meitz, Ernest Meitz, Ida Nagora and survived by sister Lydia Clark (late Harvey). Will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service at Calvary Baptist Church on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., followed by interment in Laurentian View Cemetery.
