Warren (Bud) William Wahl (BSc of Forestry, University of Toronto, 1952, RPF) Bud passed away peacefully in Pembroke, May 11, 2012, with his family by his side. Born in Kitchener, ON, October 12, 1921 to Ernst and Anna (Bramm), predeceased by his three sisters and three brothers; survived by sister-in-law Inge Wahl, Kitchener, ON and many nieces and nephews. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Stricker) and loving father of Nan (Kirk) Morphy, Shelley (Bill) Niekraszewicz and Carol (Fabian) Poulin. Cherished Poppa of Brynn (Mark McMahon), Jenna and Hallie; Taylor and Alexander; and Hannah and Sarah and Great-Poppa to Mason. Bud served in the Canadian Navy on a Courvette during the second world war and worked as a Professional Forester for the Ministry of Natural Resources for the majority of his career. Many thanks to Drs. Baddar and Davies, and nurses at the Pembroke Regional Hospital. Donations in Bud's memory to the charity of your choice. A celebration of Bud's life will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Settler's Hall, Travelodge, 900 Pembroke St. E., Pembroke, ON.
