FAIRFIELD, Vernard Henry Joseph Passed away peacefully at the Marguerite Centre, Pembroke on Friday, April 21, 2012 in his 96th year. Vern Fairfield of Pembroke, beloved husband of Helen Fairfield (nee Brash). Dear father of Geraldine Fairfield-Jones (Robert), Kingston; and James Fairfield (Suzanne), Pembroke. Grandfather of Lynn Jones; and Christopher & Justin Fairfield. Son of the late Elmer and Alice Fairfield (nee Wagner). Predeceased by brothers Elmer Jr., Donald & Willard Fairfield; and sister Orpha Josey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 after 1:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
