SACK, Vera F. Passed away peacefully in Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew on Monday, July 19, 2010 in her 81st year. Vera Sack (nee Hildebrandt) of Pembroke, wife of the late Edgar Sack. Dear mother of Mark Sack (Virginia), Vancouver, BC. Grandmother to Emma & Carl. Sister to Selma Morosini, Toronto. Sister-in-law to Erla Reiche (Carl); Helen Sack (late Leonard); Selma Sack (late Wilfred) and the late Irene Brose. Predeceased by Elsie, Martha, Lornie, Edna, Mabel, Wilfred, Elmer, Walter, & twin brother Victor. Also predeceased by parents William & Hedwig Hildebrandt (nee Miller). Survived by several nieces & nephews. Vera was born January 31, 1930 in the family home in Germanicus. She was baptised March 2, 1930 in that same home and was confirmed May 28, 1944 in St. John's Lutheran Church Germanicus. She was married to Edgar Sack on June 4, 1952 in Grace Lutheran Church, Locksley, where she remained a member until her passing. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Service in Grace Lutheran Church, Locksley on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Grace Lutheran Cemetery.
