SEVERIN, Velda Jean Passed away suddenly in hospital, Ottawa on Thursday, March 9th, 2006 at the age of 71 years. Velda Severin (nee Robinson) of Beachburg, wife of the late Ronald (Wimp) Severin. Dear mother of Douglas Severin (wife Donna), Beachburg; Shane Severin (wife Judy), Beachburg; Philip Severin, Renfrew; and Carol Mathieson, Beachburg. Grandmother to Angie, Shawn, Kelsey, and Lindsay Severin; and Ryan Knapp. Daughter of the late George and Irene Robinson (nee Bennett). Sister of Gordon Robinson (wife Verla), Beachburg; Doris Splaine (husband late Garfield), Pembroke; Harold Robinson (wife Naida), Beachburg; Darl Robinson (wife Marilyn), Beachburg; and Muriel Robinson, Pembroke. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St, Pembroke on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 pm; and Monday from 10-11:30 am. Service in St. Andrew's United Church, Beachburg on Monday, March 13th at 2:30 p.m. Spring interment in Beachburg Union Cemetery.
