Thom, Thomas Allan Passed away peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke on Wednesday December 6th, 2017 at 4:24am at the age of 85. Thomas Allan Thom, beloved husband of the late Carol Rose Marie (nee Tessier) Thom for 60 years. Father of Tim (Lorie). Survived by his brother Kenneth "Logger" Thom and by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Allen & Janet Thom, brothers Clarence “Patsy” Thom (Marjorie), Lawrence “Lornie” Thom (Mae), James Thom (Phyllis) and sister Beatrice Bresnahan (Gordon). Special thanks to Scott & Cathy Ewing, Father Blake, Father Kane and Father McNamara and the staff at Marianhill for their excellent care and support for Thomas. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home on Sunday December 10th from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11:00a.m. As an expression of sympathy donations to Marianhill would be appreciated by the family.
