THOMAS, Stanley Booth Passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday, September 11, 2008, in his 84th year. Stan Thomas of Pembroke, and formerly of Chalk River, husband of the late Doreen Thomas (nee Chandler), and by second marriage Ardell Thomas (nee Wilkinson). Dear father of Lowell (wife Marion), St. Thomas; Lorraine (husband Lyle Green), Pembroke; Christine (husband Roy Brown), Orleans; Pamela (husband Dave Trotman), Toronto; Joe (friend Barb), Hamilton; and Ernest (wife Danielle), Lapasse. Predeceased by infant daughter Judy Ann. Grandfather of Maurice and Darwin Thomas; Lisa Stewart and Lee Green; Stefanie Robinson, Rodney Thomas and Shaunna Ferrier; Darlene, Angela, David and Brian Trotman; Bradley and Timothy Thomas; and Jonathan, Andrew and Kendra Thomas. Great-grandfather of Ryan, Hope, Nathaniel, Tamara, Brandon, Jacob, Emma Shae, Jordan, Abigail, Karter, Kyra, Caylie and Halie. Predeceased by brothers Leonard (Vera), North Bay; and Cleveland; and sister Evelyn. Survived by sister-in-law Dorothy Lee (late Charles), England. Son of the late Herbert and Emily Rose Thomas (nee Fischer). Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Sunday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m., and on Monday after 11:00 a.m. Funeral service in Holy Trinity Anglican Church Monday September 15, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Forestview Cemetery, Chalk River.
