Ruth Elizabeth Wirth

WIRTH, Ruth Elizabeth - it is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Ruth Elizabeth Wirth on Monday, July 24, 2017 with her daughter by her side at the age of 79 years.

Ruth Wirth (nee Biesenthal) of Pembroke, wife of the late Jack Wirth.  Dearly loved mother of Tamara & John (Gail).  Predeceased by son Bradley.  Grandmother of Joel, and great-grandmother of Austin & Brayden.  Ruth will be dearly missed by Wesley, and was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Daughter of the late Rudolph & Rhoda Biesenthal (nee Schultze), and predeceased by sister Rhodella.  Ruth was a woman of great spirit, who always welcomed with a bright smile and open arms.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Locksley, on Friday at 11:00 a.m.  Interment in Grace Lutheran Cemetery.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or Grace Lutheran Church would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
