BEHNKE, Roy Albert Peacefully in Marianhill, Pembroke on Saturday, July 7th, 2007 at the age of 86 years. Roy Behnke, formerly of Petawawa, husband of the late Doris Behnke (nee Kruschenske). Dear father of Heather Ann Behnke, Petawawa; and Sandra Lee Paquette (husband Charles), Petawawa. Grandfather to Greg Fairfield (wife Melanie), Kim Fairfield, and Erin Parkinson; Cindy Paquette and Kevin Paquette (wife Angie); and great-grandfather to Kelsey, Madelyn, Grayden, Evan, Ashlee and Miranda. Son of the late Herman and Ida Behnke (nee Webber). Brother of Dorothy Fewster (husband Joe). Predeceased by brothers Alex Behnke (wife Alice), Ottawa; and Norman Behnke (wife late Irene). Uncle Roy will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in St. John's Lutheran Church, Petawawa on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Petawawa.
