Ronald Allen Schultz

SCHULTZ, Ronald – Passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, June 9, 2024 in his 76th year. 

Ron Schultz of Pembroke, son of the late Donald and the late Babe Schultz (nee Bonell). Cherished brother and friend of Carol Beattie (Jim), Doug Schultz (Dwyla), the late Roy Schultz, Roger Schultz (Norma), Gayle Schultz, and Elizabeth Schultz, all of Pembroke. Beloved uncle and beloved friend to Vicki Beattie (Stephen Jones), Angie Beattie (Cory Smith), Juliana Beattie (Glenn Galleghan) & Kimberly Beattie (Edward Enman); and Alicia Chippure (Troy), Amy McComiskey (the late Paul) & Stephanie Sangster (Tyler). Great-uncle to Trysten & Kaeden; Penelope; Raven, Talia, Trent & Declan; Emma; and Jasper, Vada & Jake. Fondly remembered by Joan Martinell & her family, along with many cousins, neighbours and friends. 

Ron was an avid reader, a coffee connoisseur, and an electronic technologist. He enjoyed challenges and was an all-around creative individual. He could often be found casually playing his guitar for which he had a graceful talent, putting many miles on his bicycle, fishing, going on camping adventures and spending time connecting with his family. 

Respecting Ron’s humble nature, a private family celebration of life and graveside service will be held. Arrangements entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
