SCOTT, Robert Thomas "Bob" (Jan. 17, 1956 - Oct. 17, 2010) Bob loved his family, friends, fishing, hunting, NASCAR and fun! He passed away after a courageous battle with ALS. Even though it robbed him of his strength, it never robbed him of his smile. He will be so sadly missed by his loving wife Anne (nee Elliott), his dear children Lauren and Cale, his darling grandson Henry, and his cat Zeus. Bob was predeceased by his parents John (Manus) and Phyllis Scott (nee Whaley), and his oldest brother Mel. He was a wonderful, loving brother to Raymond, Ed (Linda), Audrey Beaudry (John), and Doug (Ann). He was the much loved son-in-law of Burt and Elaine Elliott and brother-in-law of Jeanette Scott, Robert Elliott (Sonia), Elizabeth Robinson (Scott), Judy Farrell (late Larry), and Janice Thrasher (Phillip). He was Uncle Bobby to Melanie, Matt, Meaghan, Brendan, Sean, Jamie, Kimberly, Richard, Amy, Angie, Matt, and Andrew; and Great Uncle Bobby to Lindsay, Brett, Tyson, and Sadie. Bob is survived by his Aunts Mary Meahan, Shirley Stroud, and Willa Houston; and many cousins. Bob had a large network of friends and will be especially missed by his fishing and hunting buddies. A special thank-you to Dr. Buenger and the staff at the ALS clinic, Ottawa Hospital Rehab; Dr. Genge and the staff at the ALS clinic, Montreal Neuro; Tracy from the ALS Society; and to Stephanie & Nicole at CCAC and all the doctors and nurses at the Pembroke ER, ICU, & 3rd floor medical.
