CASSISTA, Rita Ida- Passed away with family by her side at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, Ottawa, on Thursday, October 16th, 2014 in her 73rd year. Rita Cassista (nee Scheuneman), beloved wife of the late Don Cassista. Gentle mother of Michael Cassista. Sister to Violet Lair. Predeceased by her parents Otto & Viola Scheuneman. Visitation will be held at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Monday, October 20, from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, Airport Rd, Pembroke on Tuesday at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to CHEO would be appreciated.
