With his family by his side with sorrow, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in his 88th year.
Raymond Lapointe of Pembroke, formerly of Ottawa, devoted husband of Suzanne Lapointe (nee Gravel). Cherished father of Catherine McKeough (husband Mike), Carlsbad Springs; Jim Lapointe (wife Anna), Kanata; Norma Lapointe, Gloucester; Judy Davidson (husband Greg), Beachburg; Kathy "Charlie" Crawford (husband Steve), London. Predeceased by son Earl Mahoney and granddaughter Candice Pflug. Grampa Ray/Popup to Michael, Matthew, Nathan, Mark and Stefanie, Shane, Danny, Trevor, Andrew, Jeff, Freddy, Max, Andrew, Crystal, Jessica, Kris, Tania, Amber & Rachel and great-grandpa to Annika, Brooke, Carter, Maxwell & Teegan.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Homat and the nurses of Pembroke Regional Hospital, Dr. Greg Rose and the Vascular Team of the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus and the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke for their care and understanding.
