FELHABER, Raymond Romeo (retired after 20 years from the Petawawa Civic Centre) - suddenly at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Friday, December 6, 2013 at the age of 68 years. Ray Felhaber of Petawawa, husband of Betty Almon-Felhaber (nee Power) and by first marriage the late Deborah Felhaber (nee Dudek). Father of Susan Vaillancourt and Colleen Butler (John). Step-father of Bob Almon and Kelly Hall (John). Grandfather of Brandon, Andrew & Skyler; Taylor-Rae & Payton; Travis & Jesse; and Ashton & Olivia. Great-grandfather to Connor and Mallory. Son of the late Henry and Ethel Felhaber (nee Burger) and step-son of Dorothy Felhaber (nee Satterwhite). Brother of Garwood (Joyce), Eugene (Pat), Woodrow (Pauline), and Laverne (Linda). Step-brother to Gloria, Kathy, Robert, Darrell and Laurie. Uncle of Gary & Joyce Ann; Candace, & Wesley; Darrell, Kelly & Lori; Kevin & Timmy; Darla & Deanna; and Jeremy. Ray was one of a kind, outgoing, caring, and devoted to his family. Visitation will be held at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, December 12 from 2-4:00 and 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment will be held in Calvin United Cemetery in the spring.
