DORAN, Peter Desmond "Pete's Sales & Service" - peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the age of 69 years. Pete Doran of Pembroke, cherished and loved husband of Joan Doran (nee Gagnon) and by first marriage the late Faye Doran (nee Waito). Dear father of Todd (fiance Courtney) and step-father to Necole Miller (husband Peter). Papa to Larissa & Bryce Doran. Son of the late Warren Sr. & Marguerite Doran (nee Legace). Brother of Ruth Gagnon (Victor), Chapeau, QC; Patricia Deighton (Hartley), Lindsay; Grant Doran (Barbara), Smiths Falls; and Paulette Furnival (Rick), Pembroke. Predeceased by brothers Jack, William (Gwen), Carp, and Warren Jr. (Dwyla), Pembroke. Pete will be sadly missed by Joan's brothers & sisters as well as many nieces and nephews. Respecting Pete's wishes, there will be no visitation, cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columbkille Cathedral, Pembroke on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. A private interment of ashes will be held at a later date in St. Columbas Cemetery.
