ROSAMOND, Percy "Pappy" July 17, 1920 - February 18, 2011 Peacefully, surrounded by family at the Pembroke Regional Hospital at the age of 90 years. Percy Rosamond of Pembroke, son of the late Arnold and Lila Rosamond (nee Farr). Percy was a proud veteran of the Second World War and a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather to many of his own and many others he took in. Beloved husband of Beatrice Rosamond (nee Wagenblass) for 60 years. Loving father of Fred (Cathy Welsh), Judy (Mike McConnell), Rosemary (Rick Bechamp), Katherine (Tom Pulcine), Nancy, Suzann (David Pinkerton), Elizabeth and Laurie. Adored grandfather of Joshua, Bethany, Sherry; Jenni, Brian; Jason (Melanie), Amy (Billy), Corey (Lindsey), Vanessa; Matthew, Natalie; Nichole, Adrian, Katie, Ellen; Chris (Shannon), Robin (Stephanie), Justin (Jodie); Lila, Zeb and Josie. Cherished great-grandfather of many. Survived by his siblings Jack (Opal), Bill (Marie), Lorne (Donna) and sister-in-law Joan (Ennis). Predeceased by Angela, Bernice, Pearl (Buster), Isabell and Ken (Marion). Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday from 7-9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Pembroke, Monday, February 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Pembroke.
