NIEMAN, Percy Lawrence Passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, August 19th, 2006 in his 78th year. Percy Nieman of 4 Sack Rd., Petawawa, dearly loved husband of Laurinda Nieman (nee Hampel). Dear father of Joan Moffatt (husband Alan), Bocabec, New Brunswick; Marilyn Pappin (husband Merrill), Pembroke; Evelyn Kuseler (husband Earl), Renfrew; Norma Moore (husband Jim), Frankfurt, Ontario; Gerald Nieman (wife Annette), Pembroke; Nancy Clarke (husband Charles), Edmonton, Alberta; and D'Arcy Nieman (wife Brenda), Pembroke. Grandpa to 13 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren. Son of the late Henry and Emma Nieman (nee Nitschke). Brother of Garfield Nieman (wife Naomi), Pembroke; Ernstena Gorr, Pembroke; and George Nieman (wife Anita), Petawawa. Predeceased by brothers Herman, Edward and Allan Nieman. Brother-in-law to Dorothy Nieman, Kitchener. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in St. John's Lutheran Church, Petawawa on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
