GRANT, Paul David - with heavy hearts we announce that Paul David Grant of Petawawa, beloved son of the late Kenneth & Norma Grant, passed away peacefully at Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, August 28th, 2016, in his 64th year. His surviving sisters, Carol Patch (Anthony), Ruth Cochrane (Brian), and Marilyn Graystone, and his uncle Bob Bowers will miss him deeply, as will his five nephews, three nieces, seven great-nephews, five great-nieces and many cousins. Paul was a loyal friend to many. Stories of his generous, loving heart and merry laugh are memories we cherish. Special thanks to his caregivers and the staff of the Pembroke Regional and Ottawa General Hospitals. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday, October 1st, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at Calvary Baptist Church, 567 Melton St., Pembroke at 2:30 p.m. If you have a photograph or a story about Paul that you'd like to share please bring it with you to the visitation.
