It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear mom, surrounded by family, at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Garry Boldt, her parents Walter & Grace Welk and siblings Marian McNamara and Ken Welk. Cherished mother of Deborah, Stephanie (David), Stephen and Jason (Chantal). Caring Nanny of Sarah (Owen), Noah, Jacob, Owen, Jayda and Tessa. Great-grandma GG of precious Claire. She will be fondly missed by her special nieces and nephews.

 

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 6:00 till 8:30 p.m. To honour mom's wishes, cremation will take place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
