JACKSON, Ora W. Peacefully in Marianhill, Pembroke with family by her side on Friday, September 2nd, 2011. Ora Jackson (nee Wilcox) formerly of RR #1 Pembroke, dearly loved wife of the late Willis Jackson. Loving mother of Elaine Findlay (Clarence), Deep River; Victor Jackson (Doreen), Pembroke; Carole Whitmore (Wayne), Pembroke; and Cindy McConnell (Dave), Pembroke. Special gramma to Lana Durst (Jeremy); Brad Jackson (Rebecca), Jeff Jackson (Patricia), and Rhonda Dell (Jack); Brent and Steven Whitmore; Cory, Dustin and Christopher McConnell; and great-nana Ora to Brendan and Marissa Dell; Riley, Colby and Jessica Jackson; Oliver and Quincy Jackson; Jackson and Sophie Durst. Predeceased by grandson Tyler Findlay. Daughter of the late Frank and Wilhelmina Wilcox (nee Scott). Predeceased by sister Iva Robinson (late Jim). Resting at the Malcolm Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St, Pembroke on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Service in Greenwood United Church on Sunday at 3 p.m. Interment in Beachburg Union Cemetery.
