MCBAY, Murray Daniel (World War II Veteran) Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 11, 2008 in his 85th year. Murray McBay of Pembroke, husband of the late Rita Hahn. Survived by his children Eileen Derenowski (Romaine), Ottawa; Michael Hahn (Lee), Vancouver; Donna Martin, Vancouver; David Hahn, Toronto; and Helene Hahn, Petawawa. Also survived by older sisters, grandchildren and great-grandchild Jordan. Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion. By request there will be no visitation. Cremation. Ashes will be interred at a graveside service in Stoney Creek, Ont. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.)
