Mitchell Stillman

In hospital on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024 at the age of 69 with his loving wife, Patti Stillman (nee Thrasher) by his side. 

Mitch has been reunited with son Nick after missing him greatly for 19 years. They are undoubtedly off hunting, fishing and 4-wheeling. Mitch loved and was loved by his wife of 43 years, his best friend Patti. Together they lived quietly, trading quips and bad puns and commiserating over their sports teams. He loved and was loved by his “Sis”, Mary-Lynn McConnachie and her family Sandy, David and Michael. He equally loved and was loved by his Thrasher family, Neil, Lois, Barry, Mark and Jake. How bittersweet that he left us in the fall, the season he looked forward to all year, anticipating those few weeks in the bush with his dear friend Jay Playfair and other hunting buddies. 

Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home. Respecting Mitch's wishes cremation has taken place. Interment in Greenwood United Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
