KUEHL, Milton Harold (Owner of Kuehl's Taxi and Ambulance Service in Pembroke for many years) - peacefully in hospital, Pembroke on Wednesday June 28, 2006 at the age of 93 years. Milton Kuehl of 1111 Pembroke St. W., Pembroke (Heritage Manor), husband of the late Mabel Kuehl (nee Homuth). Dear father of Jean Cassista (Ian Richardson), Petawawa. Predeceased by son William "Billy" Kuehl. Father-in-law to Thelma Kuehl, Shawville, Que. Grampie to Bonnie Murphy (Rob), Stittsville; Allan Kuehl (Julie), Shawville; Trevor Cassista (Kimberly), Petawawa; and great -grandchildren Reid and Quinn. Special uncle to the late Don Homuth (wife Cecile), Pembroke and daughter Jennifer and family. Son of the late William and Mildred Kuehl (nee Zummach). Brother of the late Mildred Andrews (husband late Lorne), Luella Waito (husband late Ferdinand), Charles Kuehl, and Isabel Hamilton (husband late Maurice). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Service in the Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment in First Baptist Cemetery.
