GOLDBERG, Mildred – went home peacefully to Jesus on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Miramichi Lodge in her 98^th year.

Mildred Marion Goldberg (nee Wagner) of Pembroke, devoted wife of the late Willard Goldberg (2004). Neither having known any other and sharing a happy marriage for 57 years. She is the cherished mother to Patricia Wilkin-Barbeau, dearest gramma to Joel & Meaghan (Saba), sweet GG to Taylor, Danielle, Avery, Malachi and Elena. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Mildred leaves to mourn her sister Jean (Hep). Predeceased by parents Eckert & Mabel Wagner (nee Schonnop); brothers Keith, Weldon, Warren, Delbert, Desmond & Willis.

Mildred worked for well over 40 years in many capacities with the same company in Pembroke. She leaves behind a legacy of a loving and generous heart and a beautiful smile. She is missed.

Respecting Mildred’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment of the ashes will be held at Zion/St. Timothy’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke on Saturday, June 10th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
