SILKE, Maynard Verner (Antique Dealer in Cobden) In hospital, Renfrew on Tuesday October 4th, 2005 at the age of 89 years. Maynard Silke of RR #3 Cobden, husband of the late Agnes Silke (nee Neuman). Son of the late William and Anna Silke (nee Patzwald). Brother of Erna Rowe (husband late Lloyd), Pembroke. Predeceased by sisters Elsie Burger (husband late Fred); Hilda Bunke (husband late William); and brothers Edward Silke (wife late Dorothy), and Garnet Silke (wife late Lillian). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St, Pembroke on Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
