NIEMAN, Mary Hattie Peacefully in Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Tuesday, December 19th, 2006 at the age of 98 years. Mary Nieman (nee Kruschenske), wife of the late Ben Nieman. Dear mother of Harold Nieman (wife late Ellen), Listowel; Ethel Archambeault (husband Douglas), Pembroke; and Joyce Holderny (husband Harold), Pembroke. Predeceased by son Herbert Nieman (wife late Ruth), and infant children Walter and Myrtle Nieman. Gramma to 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Frederick and Mary Kruschenske (nee Gahr). Sister of Lorne Kruschenske (late Tillie), Sudbury; Minnie Reckzin (late Otto), Pembroke; and Hilda Schwantz (late Leonard), Pembroke. Predeceased by brothers Willam (late Tillie), Dave (late Ida), Henry (late Carolyn), Herbert (late Lydia), John (late Helen), and Ferdinand Kruschenske (late Alma); and sisters Annie Hammel (late Bill), and Lillian Silkie (late Ernie). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in Zion Ev.
