TRAUTRIM, Martin Alfred In hospital, Pembroke, after a courageous battle with cancer with his family by his side on Sunday, August 30th, 2009 at the age of 72 years. Martin Trautrim of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of the late Gerda Trautrim (nee Raeder). Dear father of David Trautrim (wife Margaret), Laura Behnke (husband Terry), Debbie Klatt (husband Rick), and Janet Goulard (husband Mike), all of Pembroke. Opa to Steven, Paul, Sarah and Andrew Trautrim; Kelsey, Brandon and Nicole Behnke; Katie and Kurtis Klatt; Madison and Lydia Goulard. Son of the late Johann and Ande Trautrim (nee Preikszas). Brother of Eva Hagenah, Pembroke; Henry Trautrim (wife Herta), Pembroke; Anna Peter (husband Heinz), Pembroke; and Dina Schuetz (husband late Albert), London. Predeceased by brother John Trautrim (wife Anneliese), Pembroke; and sister Marie Hammel (late Edmond). The family wishes to thank all those who helped Dad during his illness and for all their care and compassion. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.; and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in St. Timothy's Lutheran Church on Thursday, September 3rd at 11 a.m. Interment in Zion/St. Timothy's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
