Mark Matice

MATICE, Mark Arthur - passed away with family by his side, at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, on Sunday, November 23, 2014, at the age of 57 years. Mark Matice, loving father of Richard (Amanda) Adams and Andrea Adams, stepfather of Christine (Eric) Meliton. Caring Papa to Julia, Matthew, Olivia, Kyler & Emma. Loving former husband and close friend of Kim Adams. Brother of David, Bobby, Nancy, Jenny & Susie. Predeceased by his parents Richard & Nora Matice (nee Chillman) and brothers Steve & Bucky Matice and niece Dallas Ingersoll. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of Handi-bus and Marianhill, the doctors and nurses at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa, and the home care workers for their care over the years. Respecting Mark's wishes cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
