Margaret Ann Matcheski

MATCHESKI, Margaret Ann – Passed away unexpectedly yet peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital, on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at the age of 71 years.

Margaret Matcheski (nee Paplinskie) of Pembroke, loving mother of Jennifer (Shawn) Servais. Cherished grandma to Cole & Jesse Servais, both of Pembroke. Dear sister of Michael (Janet) Paplinskie, Barry’s Bay; Rosemary (Patrick) Shalla, Madawaska & Jim (Evelyn) Paplinskie, Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents Ben & Anne Paplinskie (nee Ward), by brother Terry (Elaine) Paplinskie & twin sister Maureen.  Survived by her aunts Mary & Thelma Paplinskie and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tuesday, July 19 from 11:00 till 1:00. Funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment in St. Matthew’s Catholic Cemetery, Madawaska on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
