Margaret LAWRENCE

LAWRENCE, Margaret Evelyn On Friday, the tenth of August, 2012 at the Pembroke Regional Hospital. She left us peacefully in her ninety-ninth year. Born Margaret Hildebrandt on the tenth of July, 1914, the daughter of Rheinhold Hildebrandt and Annie Drefke Hildebrandt in Sebastopol, Ontario. Margaret grew up in Eganville, where she attended Grace Lutheran Church. She married James Philip Lawrence of Spencerville, in 1935. They lived in Pembroke and attended Wesley United Church. She retired from the Pembroke Regional (then General) Hospital in 1979. She had resided at the Carefor Residence in Pembroke. She was pre-deceased by her husband in 1989. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Margaret Lawrence of Orléans. She will be missed by her many friends and remains very much loved. Visitation will be at MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Interment in Wesley United Cemetery, Pembroke.
