MCINTYRE, Mae Iona - peacefully in Pembroke Regional Hospital with daughters by her side on January 6, 2013 in her 88th year. Mae McIntyre (nee Leach) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late George McIntyre. Special friend of Clayton Cotnam, Pembroke. Dear mother of Bonnie Sewter (husband Bill), Kingston and Dixie O'Reilly (husband Jonathan), Brockville. Grandmother to Troy & Chad Sewter and Michael (Jenny) & Matthew O'Reilly. Daughter of the late William James and Jennie Leach (nee Green). Predeceased by sisters Stella Black (late Keith); Irene Hawkins (late Bert); Hazel Leach (late John); Jean Conlin (late Mervin); Addie Warren (late Trevor) and brother Emerson Leach. Survived by sisters-in-law Addie Leach and Marjorie McIntyre both of Pembroke. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 12-12:45 p.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Spring interment in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery.
