FRASER, Edward McLeese “Mac” (Clerk Treasurer/Administrator for the County of Renfrew 1949-1985) – passed away peacefully, with his loving family by his side, at Riverview Heights on Friday, December 11, 2020 in his 99th year.
Mac Fraser of Pembroke, beloved husband of 77 years to Marion Fraser (nee Bell). Dear father of Helen Mick (Walter) and David Fraser (Sandra), both of Pembroke. Cherished grandfather of Grant Mick; Lee, Jody & Matthew Fraser and great-grandfather of Andrew & Thomas Weagant; Daniel Mick; Ari, Eva & Cash Fraser. Predeceased by parents R.A Fraser & Agnes E. Fraser (nee McLeese); infant great-grandchild Ryan Mick; brother Keith Fraser (Rita) as well as brother-in-law David Nelson Bell (late Catherine). Survived and dearly missed by brother-in-law Raymond Bell (Ruby) of Foresters Falls as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Wesley United Church, Pembroke, 275 Pembroke St. E., on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 11 to 11:45 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the church at 12:00 noon. Interment of ashes in Howard Cemetery, Foresters Falls. DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19 SET FORTH BY THE BEREAVEMENT AUTHORITY OF ONTARIO, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED AT THE VISITATION, CHURCH AND CEMETERY.
