WRIGHT, Lydia Christina In Groves Park Lodge, Renfrew, on Sunday, February 21, 2010 in her 89th year. Lydia Wright (nee Carnegie) formerly of Westmeath, dearly loved wife of the late Stuart Wright and by second marriage the late Charles McVeigh. Dear mother of Ethel White (Gordon), Arvilla Cook (Robert), Esther White (Edgar), Lindsay Wright (Pauline), Rowan Wright (Pieret), Helen McInnes (Brian), Peter Wright, Arthur Wright (Nancy), Robin Wright (Joni), and Keitha Scherrard (John). Grandmother of 27 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Sister of Muriel Sutherland and Eunice Leach. Predeceased by 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Survived by sisters-in-law Blanche and Edna Carnegie. Daughter of the late Robert and Christina Carnegie (nee Robinson). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. By request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held in Wesley United Church, Pembroke, on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, Pembroke.
