Loving father of Doug Barr, Renfrew; Melody McLaughlin (Wayne), Pembroke; Kelly Bernard, Pembroke; Kayla Martinat (Jed), Eganville; and Nakia Ouellette, Pembroke. Loving grandpa to Paige & Delaney Barr; Derek & Morgan McLaughlin; Kassidy & Jocelyn Bernard; Gage Martinat; and Michael Gorr. Son of the late Robert & Grace Barr (nee Brydges). Brother of Lorraine Hartwick (late Allen), Renfrew; Arlene Miller, Pembroke; Jean Clouthier (late Roland), Renfrew; Ian Barr (Roxanne), Renfrew; David Barr (Edith), Renfrew; Connie Yantha (Wayne), Haley Station; Debbie Yantha (Brian), Haley Station; and Lyle Barr (Lori Ann), Renfrew. Predeceased by brothers Mylne Barr (Darlene), Renfrew and Ronnie Barr. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30-10:15. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. Columbas Cemetery, Pembroke.
