McGLASHING, Lorraine Wendell (Mac) (Veteran WWII & Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #72 Pembroke) Passed away quietly at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Cobden on Monday, May 28, 2007 at the age of 87 years. Mac McGlashing, formerly of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Phyllis McGlashing (nee Hargraves). Dearly loved father of Gene McGlashing (wife Catherine), North Bay and Doreen Anderson (husband Jim), Montreal. Predeceased by sons Bordon & Rick Trenholm. Grandfather of Bill, Clint (wife Heather) & David Trenholm all of Hamilton; Sherean McGlashing of New Brunswick and Josie Pynn, Pembroke. Great grandfather of Eric, Jacob, Jessica, Colton, Bryce, Ayden, DJ and Keara. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
