Lisa Ann Stanfield-Goddard

Stanfield-Goddard, Lisa – passed away suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at the age of 61 years.  

Lisa Stanfield-Goddard (nee Cauch) of Muskoka, wife of Rory Goddard.  Loving mother of Matt Stanfield (Joy), Beachburg; Meghan James, Forrester’s Falls; and Kyle Stanfield (Melissa), Haliburton.  Devoted Baba to Hayden, Kaleb, William, Roake, Finn, Forrest, Stone and Thatcher.  Daughter of the late Jane and John Cauch.  Sister of Karen Dudek (Randy), Pottageville and Dawn Case, Burlington.  Chuchie to Kailey and Amanda.  Lisa will be fondly remembered by her work family and colleagues at the Best Western Inn & Conference Centre where she was the long-time General Manager.  Lisa had a strong work ethic and was happiest when spending time with her grandchildren and while rescuing and caring for her horses.

Respecting Lisa’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  A public Celebration of Life took place at The Best Western Inn & Conference Centre in Pembroke on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital Cancer Care Campaign, Ontario SPCA Muskoka Regional Animal Centre (https://ontariospca.ca/muskoka/) or South Muskoka Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
