Lillian Morphy

Morphy, Lillian "Janette" (nee Sutton) (by first marriage Smallpiece) Passed away at Marianhill Nursing Home, Pembroke, Ontario on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the age of 87. Loving wife of Ivan Morphy and by first marriage the late Reg Smallpiece. Step-mother of John Morphy, Jean (Garry) Perkins, and Robert (Lien) Morphy. Step-grandmother of Julia, Amy, Collins, Sarah and Jacob. Daughter of the late John and Lillian Sutton (Port Williams, N.S.). Sister of the late Ruth (the late Don) Watson, (Kentville, N.S.); the late Richard (Carol) Sutton, (Somerset, Kings County, N.S.); John Sutton (Wolfville, N.S.). Sister in-law of the late Dorothy Perry (San Jose, Cal.), the late Myrtle McCullough (Campbell, Cal.), and Harold Smallpiece (Smiths Falls, ON). Aunt of Elizabeth, Nancy, Michael, the late Scott, Heather, Susan, Andrew, Trish, Pamela, Jeff, Connie and Marvin. She will be missed by special friend and caregiver Helen Brszyenski. A memorial service will be held at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Pembroke, Ontario, on Saturday November 28th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.. Interment of ashes will be held in St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, Port Williams, Nova Scotia at a later date.
