GUTZEIT, Leonard Paul - suddenly, yet peacefully passed away, with family by his side on Saturday, July 4, 2015 in his 91st year. Leonard Gutzeit of Pembroke, husband of the late Mannetta Gutzeit (nee Grahl) and by first marriage the late Doris Gutzeit (nee Klawitter). Dear father of Dianne Laroche (Thomas), Pembroke and Marlyn Harris (Mickey), Marathon. Grandpa to Stephen Laroche (Kerri-Lynn), Kingston & Cathy Lacroix (Paul), Cardinal and Christopher Graham (Tessie), Thunder Bay; Angela Otte (Pete), Morniville, AB; and Alesha Heisler (Jeff), Red Deer, AB. Great-Grandpa to Braiden & Kennedy; Alex & Caitlin; Gerry & Julie; and C.J. & Becca. Son of the late Arthur and Hattie Gutzeit (nee Felske). Brother of Lorne Gutzeit (Rose), Sicamous, BC; Percy Gutzeit (late Judy), Pembroke; Anita Felske (late Alan), Pembroke; and Joyce Garetto (late Jimmy)., Pembroke. Predeceased by sister Esther Bourgon (late Lawrence) and Barney Schroeder (late Marion). Leonard will also be sadly missed by the family of his second wife, the late Mannetta Gutzeit, Terry Woodtke (Noreen), Pembroke and their family. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Monday, July 6 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in St. John's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
