JUNOP, Leona Vera Passed away unexpectedly in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, January 9, 2011 at the age of 89 years. Leona Junop (nee Woito), of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Arnold Junop. Dearly loved mother to Donald Junop (wife Lori) and Brenda Long (husband Ted) all of Pembroke. Grandmother to Gregory & Mark Junop; and Katie & Jim Long. Predeceased by brother Gordon Woito and sister Gwen Brum. Survived by sister-in-law Violet Woito, Deep River and brother-in-law Gordon Brum, Pembroke. Daughter of the late August & Bertha Woito (nee Buder). Survived by her many nieces & nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Service in Zion Lutheran Church on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in First Baptist Cemetery.
