JOHNSON, Krista - It is with the greatest of sadness that Chris, Laurie and Brad Johnson announce the passing of their beautiful daughter and sister, Krista Lynn Johnson on October 18, 2012 in her 28th year of an extraordinary life. Krista died suddenly in Ottawa as a result of a cycling accident. Krista was in her final year of her Masters Degree in Social Work; this after completing her Master Degree in Human Kinetics. Krista lived her life selflessly in the pursuit of helping others, particularly women of all ages, to achieve a healthy life style. She had the ability to pack more into a day than most as she lived every day to the fullest. Krista will be forever remembered in the hearts of: her Mom and Dad, brother Brad (Virginia Robinson), boyfriend (Benjamin Boudens) , Grandma and Grandpa (Donna and Mac Yetman), Grandma (Barb Johnson), uncles PJ Weller (Jody), Barry Weller (Kelly), aunt Lois Fricker (Kevin), uncle Grant Johnson (Melissa) and numerous cousins and friends and others whose lives Krista has enriched in her short time with us. Friends may call at Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday, Oct. 23rd from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Memorial Service will be held on Wed. Oct. 24th at 2 pm at Wesley United Church, Pembroke In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Krista Johnson Memorial Trust Fund would honour her memory.
