Kevin O'Rourke

O’ROURKE, Kevin Douglas (Retired Chief Warrant Officer) – passed away at his home, with family by his side, on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the age of 63 years.

Kevin O’Rourke of Petawawa, husband of Kim O’Rourke (nee Lague).  Father of Michael Patrick O’Rourke (Krystal) and Katelyn Emma Godfrey (Nick).  Papa Kev to William & Alexander O’Rourke and Damian Godfrey. Missed by mother Hattie O’Rourke of Nova Scotia. Predeceased by father Harold O’Rourke.  Brother of Brian (Lori), Darren (Kathy), and Heather Crowell (Kevin).  Brother-in-law of Robert (Linda), Dave (Shelley), and Rick (Michelle) Lague.  He will be missed by many nieces & nephews and best-friend Jack Jones (Line).  A special thank you to the nurses of Champlain LHIN for their outstanding support and care.   

Respecting Kevin’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family Memorial Service will be held.  The public is invited to share in this service online on Saturday, June 26 at 11:00 a.m. Interment of ashes in All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Petawawa. Arrangements entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
