Joyce Buske

BUSKE, Joyce L. – passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, surrounded by her family on Sunday, February, 21, 2021 at the age of 88 years.

Joyce Buske (nee Burger) of Pembroke, wife of the late Mervyn Buske.  Dear mother of Philip (Luisa), Ottawa; and Peter (Gina), Pembroke.   Cherished grandmother of Alexandra (Nathan), Michael, Carley & Andrew.  Daughter of the late Edward & Wilhelmine (Minnie) Burger (nee Maves), and stepdaughter of the late Norman Fisher.  Predeceased by brothers Nelson, Donald & Weldon Burger.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke on Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 3 to 6:00 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Monday at 11:00 a.m.  DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19 SET FORTH BY THE BEREAVEMENT AUTHORITY OF ONTARIO, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND AT THE CHURCH.
