BOUDREAU, Joseph Ernest "Ernie" Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the age of 85 years. Ernie Boudreau of Mackey, husband of the late Mary Ellen Boudreau (nee Grimes). Father of David Balla-Boudreau (Cathy), Mackey; Sue Elliot (Paul), Deep River; Cathy Sutherland (Don), Pembroke; and John (Kori Kobzina), Toronto. Grandfather of Naomi Balla-Boudreau, Tasha Balla-Boudreau (Stuart Hutchinson); Shannon Elliot (Brett Taylor), Kasey Elliot; Colleen Sutherland (Paul Mitchell); Meghan Acres (Mark), Heather Sutherland; and Camryn Boudreau. Great-grandfather to Eric Hutchinson; and Ava & Edie Elliot-Taylor. Brother of Jeanette Charbonneau. Predeceased by siblings Edna Blimke, Mary Leroux, Marjorie Clouthier, Alfred Boudreau, Gerry Boudreau, and Rolly Boudreau. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Respecting Ernie's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will be held in Valley Funeral Home, Deep River on Monday, May 31, 2010 from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Deep River on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment of ashes in Mackey Cemetery. A reception to follow interment in Ernie's home on 38661 Hwy 17, Mackey.
