DUNFIELD, John Davidson- Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Heart Institute, on Thursday, November 8 2012, in his 94th year. John Dunfield of Pembroke and originally of Ottawa, beloved husband of the late Caroline Dunfield (nee Cory). Loving father to Tom (Shannon), Westmeath; and the late Susan (Jennifer) and David (Jeannelle). Cherished grandfather to Cory (Tamara); Allison (Mike), Melissa (Doug), and Lisa (Jason). Great-grandfather of David & Emily; Dylan, Dayle and Daryn. Special thanks to the staff of Heritage Manor, Pembroke Hospital, Ottawa Heart Institute, Paramed Home Health Care, CCAC, Bayshore Home Health Care, Dr. Lee and Dr. Savoie, and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Memorial visitation will take place at the Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St. Pembroke, on Sunday, November 18, 2012 from 12-1:00 p.m. followed by a service in the chapel.
