BEIMERS, John (Jopie) - passed away at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at the age of 81 years. John Beimers of Pembroke, beloved husband of Jentina (Tina) Beimers (nee Vandersleen). Dear father of John William Beimers (Barbara), Pembroke; Jenny Kasaboski (Larry), White Lake; and Garret (Bob) Beimers (Mona), Stittsville. Proud Pake of David, Elizabeth, Sarah & Rachel Beimers; Bradley Kasaboski; and Alexander & Sebastian Beimers. Brother of Harry (Ida), Bert (late Doreen) & Andrew (Johanna) Beimers. Son of the late Johannes and Hendrikje Beimers (nee Alkema). Predeceased by brothers Jan (Aaltje), Klaas (late Tjik), Bill (late Feikje), Ray (Tina), & Gerrit (Annie) Beimers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Christian Reformed Church, Pembroke on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Spring Interment in Zion Ev.
