Nichols, M. Joan Passed away peacefully in Deep River on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Doug Nichols. Dear mother of Susan Aikin (John), Deep River; Debbie Foley (Andre), Swisha and Doug Jr. (Glenda), Peterborough. Loving Nannie of Sarah, Emily, Jennifer, Kara, Kristina, John, Brian, and David. Great-grandmother of Katheryn, Declan and Mackayla. Survived by sisters Helen and Doreen. Respecting Joan's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place in Deep River Community Church on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
