CARMICHAEL, Jenny Passed away peacefully at Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke on Wednesday, February 11, 2009. Jenny Carmichael (nee Fraser) formerly of 381 Chamberlain Street, Pembroke, wife of the late Dennis Alfred Carmichael. Dearly loved mother of Philip Carmichael (Susan), Uxbridge; and Alexis Handke (Jeff), Arnprior. Grandmother of Reva and Alison Carmichael; and Olivia and Brittany Handke. Daughter of the late Allen and Margaret Fraser (nee Bain) of P.E.I. Sister of Ethel Herring, Charlottetown; Mary Pipke, Toronto; and Minnie Bain, Charlottetown. Predeceased by sisters Catherine Fraser, Eleanor Fraser, Margaret Okum, infant sister Nina; and brothers Daniel and John Fraser. The family would like to thank the staff of Miramichi Lodge Unit 1A for their generous and compassionate care they gave to our mother. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Monday, February 16th from 2:30 to 4:30 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in First Presbyterian Church, Pembroke on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Spring interment in Calvin United/First Presbyterian Cemetery.
