CHARLES, Jean Anne Peacefully in hospital, Pembroke on Sunday, August 15th, 2010 in her 96th year. Jean Charles (nee Hawkins), resident of Pinewood Retirement Home, Pembroke, wife of the late Tim Charles. Dearly loved mother of Ron Charles (wife late Geneva), Pembroke; and Bill Charles (Sue Hopkins), Deep River. Predeceased by son Peter Charles. Gramma Jean to Margo Charles, Ottawa; Tommy Charles (wife Laura), Pembroke; Stefanie Wilson (husband Brad), Kanata; and great-gramma to Timmy, Kristen, Lindsay and Sam. Predeceased by grandson Steven Charles. Daughter of the late Milton and Louise Hawkins (nee Wright). Predeceased by brother Bert Hawkins (wife late Irene). Survived by nieces and nephews. Resting at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Pembroke on Wednesday, August 18th at 11:30 a.m. Interment in St. Stephen's Anglican Cemetery, Micksburg.
